2014 WR Steve Ishmael, North Miami Beach

Miami, FL

HT: 6’3 WT: 176

2014 stats: 68 receptions, 951 yards, 16 TDs

Offers: IllinoisLouisville, USF, Miami, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Mississippi St., Tennessee, West Virginia, among others

Who’s recruiting him the hardest?:Syracuse is right now. I’m taking an official visit there January 17th.”

Other official visits: “I’ll official to Illinois January 5th and I’m planning a visit to Louisville in December.”

Hurricanes interest?: “Yeah, somewhat. They’ve offered and they still talk to me, but I haven’t heard from them in a bit.”

Top 3?: “I’m still open, but Illinois, Louisville, and Syracuse are leading.”

Recent interest?:Oklahoma is coming at me, they want me to take an official visit.”

Decision day: “I’m going to decide on signing day.”

Ishmael will compete in the Dade vs. Broward all-star game and the Offense/Defense Bowl.

Playing time as a freshman and the campus atmosphere will determine his college choice.

2014 RB Jamal Adjamah, Mater Academy

Hialeah Gardens, FL

HT: 5’9 WT: 190 40-YD: 4.51

2014 stats: 103 rushes, 1010 yards, 21 TDs. Six receptions, 93 yards

Programs interested: Fairmont St. & Florida Tech have offered. Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Bucknell, Memphis, Ohio, and Colorado.

He spoke about how each program is recruiting him.

FIU: “I haven’t spoken to them in little awhile, but I know they offered another RB (Henry Bussey of Hialeah). They have shown interest in the past, but I’m not sure it’s going to work out with them.”

FAU: “I feel like I have a god shot with them. One of my old high school coaches (asst. S&C coach) is on the staff now and they’re still recruiting me.”

Memphis: “They told me that they’ll be down in December to visit,” he said. “BucknellOhio, and Colorado are still interested and will be visiting our school next month.”

Adjamah reports that Bucknell is recruiting him the hardest. “They speak with my head coach and position coach all the time.”

No. 1 factor when choosing a program: “I think playing time will be my deciding factor. I want to contribute right away, not just be another player that provides depth.”

Adjamah will run track over the offseason and decide closer to NSD.
