Northeast 7v7 Travel Team Report: 5 Teams To Watch

FLASH TRAINING –   Flash Training (pictured) recently won the PA SWAG Northeast Elite 7v7  Championship on April 14, 2013.  Led by USC commit, David Sills (Class of 2015), Flash Training had a complete team effort in capturing the title.  Devon Russell (RB) was a big factor on the offensive side of the ball in the short-passing game.  Brandon Watson (DB)

PHILLY’S FINEST – Philly’s Finest made it to the finals in the NLA 7 on 7 event in New Jersey in early APRIL and made it to the final 8 of the PA SWAG Northeast Elite 7 on 7 Tournament the following weekend.  Led by Dashawn Darden (Quarterback), Philly’s Finest have several of the best skill players on it’s team including: Daquan Worley (Coatesville), Thadd Smith (Cardinal O’Hara), and Patrick Amara (West Catholic).

TEAM 412-A – Team 412 is one of the more underrated teams on the 7 on 7 circuit, but their performances speaks for itself.  They performed well in two NLA events (Youngstown, Ohio and New Jersey).  Team 412 made it to the finals of the PA SWAG Northeast Elite 7v7 tournament for the second year in a row.

TEAM DELAWARE ORANGE – There’s actually three different teams within Damon Daniels’ Team Delaware group. TDO probably has the highest profile of all three teams with players Darius Wade (Quarterback) and Chris Godwin (Wide Receiver).  They have several under the radar players as well including: John Graham (WR), Jai Thornton (WR) and Quadree Henderson. They made it to the finals of the NLA 7v7 in Youngstown, Ohio, and lost to Flash Training in the PA SWAG 7V7 Northeast Elite 7v7 Tournament on April 13, 2013.
