Meet 2015 KY ATH Tre Webb


VP had the pleasure of interviewing Tre Webb, who hails from Louisville, Kentucky. Tre a versatile athlete on the field, playing both sides of the ball at Fern Creek Traditional High School. Let’s learn what Tre had to tell us in his recent interview:

Patrick: What is your current height and playing weight?
Tre: “5’9 and 179 pounds.”

Patrick: What was your fastest 40 time?
Tre: “I haven’t ran a 40 time yet.”

Patrick: What position is UK recruiting you?
Tre: “I haven’t talked to UK,  but I would be recruited as a Defensive Back.

Patrick: Which schools are currently recruiting you the hardest?
Tre: ““I haven’t been in contact with anyone yet.”

Patrick: Do you have any visits planned or schools that you’d like to visit?
Tre: “I haven’t made any planned vists, but I would like to visit Ohio, Ball State, WKU and UK.”

Patrick: Are you trying to attend any camps?
Tre: “I have planned  to attend the Rivals Top 250 Underclassmen Challenge.”

Patrick: Do you know the date of the Rivals Top 250 Underclassmen Challenge?
Tre: “July 7th”.

Patrick: Do you currently have a top 5 or favorite?
Tre: “No sir”.

Patrick: What are some of the factors you will be looking at or for the most in helping you to find the right fit?
Tre: “Tradition and distance from home are the most important factors for me. I want to play for a school that has a rich tradition and energetic fan base that is loyal to the team. For distance, I want to be able to just drive home from school during holidays, but I wouldn’t mind leaving Kentucky or the surrounding states either.”

Patrick: What strengths do you bring to the field and what should fans look for in your game?
Tre: “My speed, quickness, intensity and ability to make plays starting from the opposite side of the field. The play isn’t over until the whistle is blown that is my motto.”

Patrick: What things are you working on the most this Summer to improve your game?
Tre: “I need to improve on my endurance and being able to read the line of scrimmage better & faster.”
