Coach Warren: School location, is playing closer to home a big deal?
DY: It’s not a big deal at all. No matter where I decide to go, in the end that decision will be what’s best for me and my family.
Coach Warren: Early playing time, is that important?
DY: It plays a factor but with my work ethic, when it’s all over with I will leave my mark and shine.
Coach Warren: Have you been invited to any Jr Days or Combines?
DY: I’ve been invited to Tennessee, Auburn, and LSU’s Junior Day. I also got invited to the NFTC.
Coach Warren: Who are you receiving mail from? Who’s recruiting you?
DY: So far I’ve received mail from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Georgia State, Southern Miss, Tennessee, LSU, UK, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Georgia Tech, Indiana, and Troy. Recruiting wise Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Southern Miss, South Alabama, and Georgia State have shown the most interest and I’ve received a full scholarship to South Alabama and Jacksonville St.
Coach Warren: Favorites? What stands out about your favorites?
DY: I admire the way Alabama, LSU, and Tennessee play. LSU has an incredible passion about themselves.
Coach Warren: Will you take all your official visits?
DY: Yes
Coach Warren: Will you graduate early?
DY: Yes, I wanna be able to adjust fast and early to the college of my choice.
Coach Warren: Post-season accolades? Stats? All-Star games?

DY: Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Auburn, LSU, Southern Miss, UK, and South Alabama, Jacksonville St. and in other school that shows interest in me.

DY: South Alabama and Jacksonville St.
Coach Warren: What are your camp plans for the summer?
DY: Go to any camps I can and outshine everybody. Be the best.
Coach Warren: What camps did you attend last summer?
DY: I went to Troy, UAB, and a NUC
Coach Warren: What will be the determining factor in choosing your school?
DY: The environment, and just the overall school and how they will help me get to where I need to get.
Coach Warren: Are you qualified academically?
DY: Yes, I work just as hard as I do in the weight room.
Coach Warren: What areas do you need to improve on this summer?
DY: Everything, there’s never a moment when I can’t get better.

Coach Warren’s Evaluation
Darian has a quick first step and plays with a low pad level as a DE. His high motor and football IQ could easily allow him to transition into a OLB position. At DE or OLB Darian will be great addition to any program.
