Q. School location: is playing closer to home a big deal?

A. Yes, definitely because being close to family and keeping travel time down for the family is a huge!

Q. Early playing time: is that important?

A. For me, if I am ready to compete and perform well at an early stage in my college career, then yes, I feel it is important, but developing as a player is also important to me as well.

Q. Have you been invited to any Jr Days or Combines?

A. Yes, I’ve been invited to Alabama and Georgia for JrDays.  I’ve also been invited to VTO combine, top 100 combine, Nike SPARQ combine, and the NUC Top 100 combine.

Q. Who are you receiving mail from? Who’s recruiting you? 

A. Georgia, Clemson, Florida State, Florida, South Carolina , Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio State.

Q. Favorites? What stands out about your favorites?

A. Alabama- Just the coaches and what they stand for and the tradition. Clemson- Coaches are great and Death Valley is a crazy place to play!

Q. Time-frame on a college choice?

A.  Most likely spring of my senior year, possibly even signing day.

Q. Will you take all your official visits?

A.  Not positive, probably will only official my top three or four schools.

Q. Will you graduate early?

A. Have not made a decision on that yet.

Q. Post-season accolades? Stats? All-Star games?

A. Led the team in receiving touchdowns, and have been invited to invite only elite camps.

Q. Any unofficial visits:

A. Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, and Clemson soon.

Q. What schools are you interested in?

A.  SEC, ACC, Big10, and some PAC12 schools.

Q. What schools have offered you?

A. Clemson and Virginia Tech.

Q. What are your camp plans for the summer?

A. Possibly Alabama, Clemson, and I will be going to Georgia’s Dawg Night.

Q. What camps did you attend last summer?

A.  Dawg Night at Georgia.

Q. What will be the determining factor in choosing your school?

Just what’s best for me, my development, and my family.

Q. Are you qualified academically?

A. Yes.

Q. What areas do you need to improve on this summer?

A. Speed and blocking.

Isaac Nauta will be one of, if not the top players in the country in 2016. His strength and blocking ability as a freshman is unbelievable. To become a major contributor as a freshman on the national powerhouse Buford Wolves says a lot about his maturity on and off the field.
