Ian Neithercut “Making Noise!”

Ian Neithercut is a 1st team All-district, 2nd team, All-County, and all-Region cornerback from Centennial High in Frisco, Texas. South Recruit caught up with the 2014 CB after his Next Level Athlete top 100 camp.
Q. How was the NLA top 100?

A. “It was great! I did really well! I was one of the best in drills, probably the smoothest and had the best footwork, and I did good in 1 on 1’s!”

Q. What are your measurable?

A. “I run 4.50-40- 3.87 shuttle- 32 vertical.- Bench Max:285- Squat Max:385 I’m 5-9 175.”

Q. What schools are you interested in?

A. “I am interested in Rice, North Texas, SMU, TCU, and Oklahoma State.”

Q. Have you taken any unofficial visits?

A “ Not yet, but I will be attending the SMU junior day.”

Q. What camps did you attend last summer?

A. “Last summer I attended the TCU, SMU, Texas State, North Texas, and Rice camps.

Q. Plans for the summer?

A. “To attend all of the same camps including Oklahoma State.”

Q. What areas do you need to improve on this summer?

A. “The area I need to work on most is my speed.”

Q. Are you qualified yet?

A. “I am qualified academically with a 3.2 GPA, i haven’t taken the ACT but on my practice ACT I got a 26.”

Q. What were your stats from last year?

A. “86 tackles, 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, and 5 pass break-ups.”
