Desnic Snow: Class of 2017 Spotlight

Filling the position of DE and OLB for Natchitoches Central, Desnic Snow is a player to watch in the 2015 season.

Being a first time starter and compiling 55 tackles and 3 sacks last season, Snow is becoming a dominant force on the field.

Despite his success on the field last season, the 6’0, 225-pound athlete’s football career started at a much younger age.

“I began playing when I was a little kid around 9 or 10,” Snow said. “When I was younger my dad always took me to games and I always said I wanted to play. I always loved the game.”

While preparing for another season, Snow also participates in powerlifting and track and holds a 3.0 core GPA.

As Snow enters into his junior year, so far only interests – from ULM and NSU – are on the table.

With the 2015 season edging near, Snow already has goals set-up that he hopes to accomplish.

“I’m working to be able to help my team,” Snow said. “I want to be able to take my talents to a higher level.”
