Cameron Gorman: Class of 2016 Spotlight
- Updated: April 6, 2015

With a dream on his mind, Cameron Gorman has already taken his first few steps to achieving it.
“I grew up loving the sport (football),” Gorman said. “I have a dream to play in college and the NFL.”
Gorman, a 6’0”, 200-pound junior at West High School in Wisconsin, joined the football team as a freshman and became an offensive starter his sophomore year.
Following a successful sophomore season, Gorman took a starting position on offense (FB), defense (OLB) and special teams with a max of 245 lbs on bench and squatting 385 lbs.
“I didn’t know if I could play all sides without a break,” Gorman said. “Once I was in the game, I didn’t even think about it. I just played.”
Although Gorman has not received any offers yet, he has been receiving interest from Arizona.
Gorman said an offer would mean the world to him, but he knows what it takes to get one.
“It takes hard work and dedication to get an offer,” Gorman said. “It takes working out in the weight room everyday, having self discipline, and being a leader on your team.”
