2015 QB Prospect Ranks Third In Best Of The West Tournament

Good talent isn’t hard to come by. Great talent however, that’s what Kyle Kearns is for.

Kearns, quarterback for Foothill High School in Pleasanton, Calif., has room to grow until graduation in 2015. Standing at 6 foot 3 and weighing in at 185 lbs. he’s ready to build on his talent.

Kearns just got back from the Passing Down Best of the West 7on7 tournament on April 28, in Fullerton, Calif. He was ranked third in the top offensive players, averaging 2 to 4 touchdowns per game.

“It’s hard to find all this great talent and get them all at the same spot at the same time playing competitively,” said Kearns.

He has committed to several camps this summer including UCLA, Elite 11, Texas A&M and Stanford. He said he’s looking forward to the Q90 camp at UCLA most.

“Noel Mazzone, the office coordinator, and Taylor Mazzone [quarterback coach], they know quarterbacks as well as anyone out there,” said Kearns.

He’ll be working alongside NFL players such as, Christian Ponder of the Minnesota Vikings and Brock Osweiler of the Denver Broncos.

“I’m really looking forward to that camp; just to learn from them,” said Kearns.
