2015 Danish DT Commits to SEC

Defensive tackle prospect Hjalte Froholdt has committed to the University of Arkansas. Froholdt is a native of Denmark but has played high school football in the United States, in Warren, Ohio. The 6’4” 282 lineman had offers from 11 other Division 1 universities, including Florida State, Ohio State, and Alabama. Froholdt is considered one of the best defensive tackles in the 2015 class, and is by many a top 50 prospect overall for the 2015 class. Arkansas’ cornerbacks coach Taver Johnson lead Froholdt’s recruitment. Defensive line coach Charlie Partridge and defensive coordinator Chris Ash also acted as Froholdt’s recruiters through the process.
